ABOUT BOS CONSULTING
Established in 2003, Bos Consulting provides Legal advice for companies of all sizes, focused on European tax and investment laws. In addition, we offer business administration and consultancy services to entrepreneurs and medium and large companies located in Europe, the Middle-East, the Caucasus and the Caspian Sea areas.
History
2003- Establishment of Bos Consulting
The founders worked as advisers for companies which were entering the Eastern European markets, assisting them with their general lack of specialized personnel.
In addition, the company provided real estate consultancy, specifically investment and acquisition in the same region.
2005 - New horizons
During this year, the company started to provide legal advisory and tax consultancy services for both new and existing companies, in Europe and numerous countries from the Caucasus and Caspian Sea areas.
2009 - Formalization
While Bos Consulting continued to provide tax and legal consultancy, all general business administration services for international companies grew swiftly and became one of the company's main areas of expertise. Additionally, to ensure the quality of our services, we became a member of the EU Association of Accounting and Tax, which require our operation to be based on the strict international regulations.
Today
Bos Consulting employs today more than 20 in-house professionals and numerous local independent consultants from different countries.
